A good personal injury lawyer will get your bills paid as well as some compensation for you. Unless you went completely overboard with medical expenses. The attorneys know the insurance adjuster game. That is why the insurance people don't want you contacting an attorney, it will ultimately cost the insurance company more money. Why can't people just act right?

You absolutely need an attorney. Unfortunately so many lawyers as well as crooked people game the system. There are people who actually sue people for a living and I am not talking about the attorneys. You can be really hurt, but the insurance claims adjusters play a game with you to give you the least amount of money they can. I would call and leave the insurance adjuster a message that you need to hear back from them by end of business tomorrow, or you will hire an attorney. You will see action.

I was in an auto accident and it was the other persons fault. The other persons insurance company told me to go get medical treatment and then they would pay for it and offer me a settlement for the pain, suffering and inconvenience. Three months later, guess who won't pay my medical bills. I need a good attorney!
